This handy pocket-sized, water resistant, max/min, thermometer features a 2.5 x 125mm fast response reduced tip, stainless steel food penetration probe. This thermometer is an ideal economical solution for numerous temperature measurement applications. 

The thermometer measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to 199.9 degrees celsius with a resolution of 0.1 degrees celsius and features three easy to use push buttons, max/min, C/F and on/off. Each unit is supplied with a probe cover that incorporates a pocket clip.
